Engage Sports does not issue refunds directly to the customer. All refunds will be authorized and issued by the respective sports organization's Treasurer, Board of Directors or designated Registration Manager.

Standard Refund Policy
Refunds may be given for any reason before the first day of the season for which you have registered. Each refund is subject to an administration fee, to be set by each organization. Generally, refunds are not authorized after the season begins.

Each organization may have their own registration policy with additional restrictions. Please check with your organization for their refund policy.
